2026 Oklahoma Voter Guide
November 3rd General Edition
This voter guide includes profiles on all state and federal primary elections in Oklahoma, along with information about State Questions 845 and 847. We have provided clickable links within each candidate profile to direct you to websites and social media accounts which will provide you with public resources to help with your own independent research. We encourage you to reach out to candidates directly if you have questions not answered by this voter guide.
Note: Guide views better on laptop/tablet vs phone. Phone should work, but the guide is quite large and very detailed.

Gone that day? Vote by absentee ballot.
You may apply for NOW absentee ballots for one election, for several elections, or for all elections during the calendar year. Your ballot will be automatically sent to you. If you end up voting in person instead, just take your absentee ballot with you to the polls and sign an affidavit to vote in-person! Absentee requests MUST be made by October 19th at 4pm.
STANDARD ABSENTEE - “Standard” absentee ballots are the most common types of absentee ballots. No excuse is required to request a “standard” absentee ballot. By law, “standard” absentee ballot affidavits are required to be notarized. CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR STANDARD ABSENTEE.
MILITARY OR OVERSEAS - Uniformed services members, their spouses and dependents and U.S. citizens who reside outside of the country are eligible to apply for a Military or Overseas Absentee Ballot. Applicants must meet the qualification requirements of 26 O.S. § 14-137.
Absentee ballots must be returned with an affidavit signed by the voter. CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR MILITARY OR OVERSEAS ABSENTEE.
Absentee Ballot Notary Services
For your convenience, many banks, credit unions, libraries, businesses and organizations offer free absentee ballot notary services to customers and non-customers alike. In Oklahoma, notaries may not charge a fee to notarize an absentee ballot affidavit.
The Oklahoma Secretary of State maintains a searchable database of notaries that can be found by clicking here.
You can track your absentee ballot to ensure it has been received by logging into the Oklahoma Voter Portal - go to the Voter Information section and click on the Absentee Ballot Section to view the status of your ballot.
Show up and VOTE - November 3, 2026!
IT’S THE BIG DAY! MAKE IT COUNT!
POLLS ARE OPEN 7AM - 7PM - Anyone in line by 7 p.m. will be allowed to vote.
BRING PROPER IDENTIFICATION - All registered voters must show proof of identity to vote in person on Election Day or during early voting. This can be a VALID unexpired photo ID issued by the United States, Oklahoma, or a federally recognized tribal government OR the free voter identification card issued by the County Election Board.
VOTER ASSISTANCE -
Precinct officials are trained to assist voters with physical disabilities, visual impairment, or who are unable to read or enter the polling place.
Accessible ballot marking devices with audio tactile interfaces (ATI) are available at all polling places for voters to vote privately and independently.
ELECTIONEERING - no campaign materials are allowed within 300 feet of the voting booths - THIS INCLUDES CLOTHING/HATS/BUTTONS, ETC. So, even if you are super pumped about a candidate, do NOT wear any campaign gear to go vote or they will make you go change and come back.
GRAB YOUR STICKER AND SNAP A SELFIE - YOU DID IT! You made your vote count in the most important election in Oklahoma! We want to celebrate with you! Snap a selfie with your sticker and post it to your social media with the hashtag #makeitcountok so we can share with others and drive voting day momentum! Thank you for being an awesome voter!
